Food was always my biggest outlet for sadness.
I hated being overweigh, but i never felt like i could actually do something about it.. But i put my foot down and decided to try..
With my hardcore training and diet plans, i reached what i dreamt.
I love lifting weights which makes me super strong.
And today i am at a pont where i can eat a burger without hating myself. I just make sure i'm consistent in going to my gym and eating healthy 80% of all time
I work in Malayalam film Industry. During my hectic work i always have Poor eating habits, non-existent exercise. Using a lot of excuses for not getting into shape and taking care of myself.
Doctors told me that if I do not change my lifestyle I would face from an obesity-related complication.
As with anything difficult in life, it’s staying committed through the plateaus.
I had a goal, and I was committed to reach that goal no what!
During my transformation, My training plan includes a variety of different weight training splits, most were bodybuilding oriented.
With spits of diet plan, I started doing a lot of compound movements with heavier weight and fewer reps along with some hardcore cardio which really worked well.
The routine that I found to yield the best results which achieved in near 3 months.

The worst thing about me was my lower chest fat and abdominal side fat..
With proper diet and hardcore training, it just disappeared in around 2 months..

I cut my body fat in half(from 20.6% to 10.2%) and lost 26.6 pounds in just near 6 Months!
This has been a key moment in my life because I have exercised for a long time, but have never gotten to the point where I feel like my results have matched my effort.
Now I can take 200 pushups daily and focus strictly in my diet plans. Thanks to my trainer Ashik and 2Bfit for letting me achieve my dream
